Its net profit stood at Rs 20.40 crore in the year-ago period, Pune-based firm said in a filing to the BSE.
Total income from operations, however, rose by 17 per cent to Rs 220.49 crore in the third quarter of this fiscal from Rs 188.13 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year.
Kolte-Patil Developers Group CEO Sujay Kalele said: "We continue to sustain our sales momentum recording an increase of 46 per cent YoY in our pre-sales to 0.64 million sq ft. We sold 439 units during the quarter - almost five units a day."
