Pandey is now working as Joint Director (law) in Competition Commission of India.
He has been appointed as OSD to the minister on lateral shift basis with effect from November 10, 2014 and for the remaining period of his tenure of five years as OSD (i.E. Upto October 30, 2019) or on co-terminus basis with the minister, an order issued today by the Department of Personnel and Training said.
