A city sessions court today extended the judicial remand of suspended Trinamool Congress MP Kunal Ghosh, Saradha chief Sudipta Sen and two others till January 15 in the Saradha chit fund scam case.
The court granted CBI's plea for extension of judicial remand of Ghosh, Sen, his associate Debjani Mukherjee and Manoj Kumar Nagel who was the director of Saradha Realty.
The court also asked CBI to submit a status report on Nagel by January 10 as his name was not in the charge sheet.
Ghosh's lawyer prayed before the court that all cases against him be clubbed together.
