Lady Gaga back on her feet after hip surgery

Pop sensation Lady Gaga has been spotted back on her feet after spending weeks confined to a wheelchair following a hip surgery.
The 'Poker Face' hitmaker underwent an operation on February 20 to treat an injury which prompted her to cancel the remaining dates on her Born This Way Ball world tour, and she has since been seen using a designer wheelchair to get about, reported Daily Star.
However, Gaga, 27, has now proved she is on the road to recovery after she was photographed walking around New York City in high-heeled shoes.
The pop superstar, who was diagnosed with a labral tear of the right hip, as well as synovitis, a severe inflammation of the joints, was snapped strolling the streets wearing shoes with stiletto heels on her way to a yoga class in Manhattan.
