The 31-year-old "Million Reasons" hitmaker was gutted for her fans, when she had to call off her gig due to ill health.
Gaga made up to her admirers by handing out food and her signed pictures to them, reported People magazine.
"I'm sending free pizza to any monsters outside my hotel The William Gray Montreal. I love you so much and I'm so sorry you are the most loyal fans," she also tweeted.
While one set of fans shared their pictures eating the pizza they had been gifted, a Gaga fan account posted a video of the singer signing autographs.
