The "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star's divorce is currently on hold as Odom recovers following a drink and drug binge at a Nevada brothel.
Khloe said she never even speculated he could be cheating on her as he was "so great at making her feel like she was the only one", reported Female First.
"Nothing was on his cellphones, they were all on his assistant's phones so he was really crafty. I've always asked why and obviously Lamar did struggle with substance abuse.
Despite the cheating allegations against Odom, the 31-year-old TV personality doesn't regret her marriage and insists she will always "love him dearly".
"I don't think I would do it again, but I don't regret what I did. I wouldn't change what I did because it was also one of the best times of my life.
"I love him dearly and I will always love him. He's had a really (bad) deck of cards dealt to him his entire life so far. Sometimes love is not enough. I can't love someone into loving me.
