LIC MF inks mutual fund distribution pact with Karnataka Bank

LIC Mutual Fund chief executive said that combination of comprehensive range of products would create a great convenience to the investors

LIC Mutual Fund Asset Management Company on Thursday said it has tied up with Karnataka Bank for distribution of its mutual fund products through over 730 branches of the bank.

"We are delighted to partner with one of the leading and forward looking banks, Karnataka Bank, for their support in distributing our products across their branches pan-India," LIC Mutual Fund chief executive Sarojini Dikhale said.

"The combination of our comprehensive range of products catering to the varying investment needs of investors and the distribution reach of the bank would create a great convenience to the investors," she added.

"This would be a forward looking step for the bank to provide a complete financial solution to our esteemed customers," Karnataka Bank Managaing Director & Chief Executive Officer P Jayarama Bhat said, adding, " this engagement increases the option for our customers to choose from a bouquet of financial solutions."
