Lohan was spotted smoking a cigarette outside the facility before she hopped into an SUV and was driven away. The actress decided to switch the rehab center for a change.
The 27-year-old starlet, who is often more in news for her off-screen fiascoes than for her roles, has already bagged work for herself. She will be guest-hosting "Chelsea Lately" next Monday.
