The chargesheet was filed yesterday against the BJP leader Paras Jain by Civil Lines police here in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Narender Kumar, police said.
According to prosecution, a case was registered against Jain who is also chairman of Nagarpalika Parishad, Khatoli town for acquiring two passports in his name on the basis of forged documents in 2013.
