Based on the complaint lodged by the parents that one Shaktivel (40) had sexually assaulted their 13-year old girl on June three last, when they were out of their house in CMC Colony, police have started investigation.
However, Shaktivel was not traceable and was at large.
Posters in and around the area, with all the details about the accused, were pasted in order to get information about him, they said.
