Actress Lucille Ball's fans are not pleased with her statue which is erected in her hometown, Celoron, New York.
They admitted that the bronze statue looked frightening instead of looking gorgeous. It is the eyes, the teeth, and the face which make this statue of beautiful Ball become so horrible.
The "I Love Lucy" star looks like a ghost who haunts the citizen at night and turns the city into a creepy one.
One of her fans said that the statue of Lucy looked like a monster. The fans of the comedy icon wanted the statue to be removed from Celeron.
They made a Facebook page which seeks support to remove the statue.
"The people of Celoron have erected this horrible statue of Lucy in her hometown," so read a statement on the Facebook page. "It is a nightmare. We want them to replace it," it added, without intent to criticise the artist Dave Poulin
Not only the fans who feel that the statue does not really represent the beautiful Lucy, but also Ricky, Balls' husband.
