But a source close to the Material Girl has said that her longtime friend Moore couldn't attend the party as she was not in the country at the time.
The source claimed Moore's absence from Madonna's party was a matter of simple geography, and that any rumours of a snub or feud are completely false, reported Us magazine.
"Demi was out of the country on vacation," the insider said.
Moore and Kutcher separated in the fall of 2011 after six years of marriage, following the actor's highly publicized one-night stand with Sara Leal.
Both stars have since moved on. Moore, 50, has been spotted in recent months with restaurateur Harry Morton and art dealer Vito Schnabel, while Kutcher, 34, is getting serious with his girlfriend of one year, Mila Kunis.
