Maharashtra Housing Minister Radhakrishna Vikhe Patil's mother, Sindhutai Vikhe Patil, died of old age at a hospital in Pravaranagar in the district on Sunday, her family member said.
She was 85.
Sindhutai is survived by three sons, two daughters and grandchildren.
"She died at Pravara Medical Trust Hospital due to old age," her daughter-in-law Shalini Vikhe Patil said.
Her last rites were performed in the afternoon, she added.
