The incident occurred tonight when the trio was returning to their home in Bansa Gaon from Kosi Kalan, DSP Piyush Kumar said.
Ram Kishan, his daughters Kshamta (25) and Preeti (18) were killed on the spot, he said.
The driver of the car escaped from the spot, Kumar said.
The bodies have been sent for postmortem, the DSP said, adding that investigations are underway in the matter.
