Man accused of posting lewd comments about CM's grand-daughter

A non-resident Indian accused of posting lewd comments about the grand-daughter of Gujarat Chief Minister Anandi Patel on the Facebook, today sought anticipatory bail.
Cyber cell of city crime branch has filed an FIR against NRI Roshan Shah under the Information Technology Act as well as section 354 (a) of Indian Penal Code (sexual harassment).
The pre-arrest bail plea is likely to come up before the Sessions Court Judge S J Raje in the next few days.
The FIR against Shah was registered on the basis of a complaint filed by city-based social activist Akshay Patel on August 25.
