"Arshad Syed Abdul was arrested after he stopped the woman police cadet on her way and tried to outrage her modesty. She was going with her father along Bentinck Street when the incident happened," said D P Singh DC (Central).
The cadet immediately raised an alarm and following which the accused was arrested, he said.
