103 sachets of smack was also recovered from the accused, identified as Ashok, they said.
"He used to sell the drugs at Rs 60 to 100 per pouch only to the homeless persons known to him and most of time he used small children or balloon-selling kids for delivering the drugs," a police officer said.
Police said that it has registered a case under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS) against the accused, adding, he is allegedly involved in three more cases of NDPS Act and one case of theft.
