Husain Mohammed was caned with sticks by his 22-year-old son Rinku, his wife Raesa(45)and daughter-in-law Nafis Bano(20). He was left profusely bleeding in a critical state, Sanjay Royal, SHO, Dablana police station said.
He was rushed to the hospital by his relatives but later succumbed to his injuries.
"We have lodged a case of murder against Rinku, his mother Raesa and wife Nafis Bano under section 302, and other sections of IPC on the basis of the complaint of deceased's brother," Royal said.
