Man booked for abetment of wife's suicide

A 37-year-old woman allegedly killed herself by jumping before a moving train, following which her husband has been booked for abetment of suicide, Government Railway Police said today.
The victim, Manju Devi, allegedly committed suicide by jumping before a train on the Rewari-Mahendergarh railway track on Thursday, the GRP said.
In a complaint, the victim's mother alleged that Krishan Pal used to harass Manju Devi which led her to take the extreme step, they said.
Following the complaint, Krishan was booked last night for abetment of suicide, they said.
