According to the complainant, the incident occurred yesterday when she was alone at her residence as her husband was away, they added.
Accused Dipak entered the house and "sexually assaulted" her by gagging her, the complainant alleged, adding that he also threatened to kill her if she narrated the incident to anybody.
A case has been registered and investigations were on, police said.
Meanwhile, a man has lodged a police complaint alleging that Rajeev Kaloni, a resident of Balwa, has run away with her 19-year-old daughter.
