Additional district judge S N Tripathi also imposed a fine of Rs two lakh on the convict Bhure. Of the Rs two lakh, Rs 1.5 lakh would be paid to the victim.
According to the prosecution, Bhure had raped an eight- year-old girl in Kadar Chowk area in May last year.
