The incident took place last night near Jhatta Badauli when Vikram Singh, a resident of Etah, was on his way to meet his relative with his friend Munesh in Delhi in his car, an official said.
After a tyre burst, the two stepped out of the vehicle to change it, when the truck hit them, he said.
