Man killed in road mishap in AP

A 42-year-old man was killed when his motorcycle collided with an auto-rickshaw near near Tulasiramanaidu valasa village in the district, police said.
The incident took place when the deceased B Madhusudana Rao, a resident of Rajam, was going to Parvathipuram along with his wife after celebrating Makara Sankranti festival at Gurugubilli, Gurugubilli Sub-Inspector of Police V Lova Raju said.
He was rushed to a local hospital where he was declared dead. His wife did not sustain any injuries, the officer said, adding investigations are underway.
