Man rapes 13-yr-old in Moga
A 13-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a man of the same village when her parents were not at home, police said Friday.
Gabha Singh, 22, raped the girl Thursday, they said.
The victim was medically examined following which Singh was booked under relevant provisions of the law.
The accused had not been arrested yet, they said.
