Man rapes 6-year-old sister, held

A six-year old girl was allegedly raped by her elder brother in Rajasthan's Sikar district late last night, police said today, adding that the accused had been arrested.
Besides the victim and her 20-year-old brother, no one else was present in the house last night, Neem Ka Thana SHO Rajiv Rahr said.
After the incident, the girl rushed to her neighbour's house where her elder sister was sleeping and told her about the crime, Rahr said.
The police was informed after the girls narrated the incident to their father when he returned home, he said.
"Her elder sister said that she was also scared of her brother due to which she was sleeping in neighbour's house when her parents were out," said the SHO.

The accused was arrested today and is being interrogated, he said.
A medical examination of the girl has been conducted and the matter is under investigation, Rahr added.
