Man run over and killed by train while trying to save wife

In a tragic accident a man was runover and killed by a train near Narahauli village when he tried to save his wife from the approaching train.
"The accident occurred when 25-year-old Istfaquia Haider, a resident of Faridpur village in Bareli district was crossing the other track after getting down from Delhi bound Sampark Kranti Expresswith his wife and other members of his family, at the outer of Mathura Jn.
"Meanwhile, Patna Kota Express came from the other side. He was run over by Patna Kota express when he tried to save his wife Gulshan from being crashed. He died on the spot," police report said.

His body has been sent for post-mortem, police added.
