The body of Shafiqul, a native of Bihar but presently living with his friends in Vasant Kunj area, was found by the morning walkers, they said.
According to the police, Shafiqul was learnt to be under depression but no suicide note has been found on him, a senior police official said, adding that his body was sent for post- mortem after registering a case.
During investigation, call details of the deceased revealed that he had spoken at length with his wife in Bihar and efforts were being made to record her statement, the officer said.
