Gaya Prasad, along with another, was wanted in the case. While the other accused had surrendered, he was on run, police said.
Though warrants were issued against him, Prasad did not surrender. Police was making frequent raids to nab him, they said.
Finally during a raid conducted in Kotwali area of the district, he was arrested yesterday.
