"We are constructing a hotel property in Siliguri which will be managed by Marriott hospitality chain of the US," Mani Group Chairman Sanjay Jhunjhunwala said.
The property, named 'Courtyard by Marriott', would have 138 rooms and located on Hillcart Road in Siliguri.
JW Marriott's first luxury hotel in Kolkata is located on EM Bypass.
