Manjhi was welcomed at the British Parliament last evening by Lord Karan Billimoria, a statement from the Chief Minister Office here said today.
He was told in detail about work of British Parliament standing committee and other functioning, it said.
The CM showed a lot of interest in learning about British Parliamentary system.
Besides Lord Billimoria, Robin Burgess of International Growth Centre and Ruth Kattumuri, Professor at London School of Economics accompanied Manjhi to the UK Parliament.
State Chief Secretary Anjani Kumar Singh, Principal Secretary Finance Rameshwar Singh, his counterpart in the Cabinet department Brajesh Mehrotra and Principal Secretary to the CM Deepak Kumar were with Manjhi.
