Meghalaya govt allocates Rs 1000 cr for education: Sangma
Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma today said his government has prioritised education and allotted nearly Rs 1000 crore for the sector.
Replying to a debate on the Governor's address, Sangma said, "We have allotted nearly Rs 1,000 crore for the education sector. But this is not enough as the financial burden in this sector is high."
