Television personality Mel B says she tries to exercise at least once a day and particularly loves to do sit-ups.
The former Spice Girls singer hits the gym every day in order to maintain her figure, reported Contactmusic.
"Generally I try to do at least 30 minutes of cardio a day mixed with weights. I'm also a big fan of sit-ups, so I try to do as many of those as I can," she said.
The 41-year-old singer feels fortunate to be living in Los Angeles with her husband Stephen Belafonte, 41, and her three daughters.
"Living in Los Angeles, I'm lucky that I can get out and go on long hikes and run around the Hollywood Hills, which definitely keeps me in shape. I like to mix up my workouts between the gym and the outdoors," she added.
