Acing on a tip off on March 17, police raided the house of the accused Satbir Rana alias Satpal at New Roshanpura in Najafgarh and arrested him, Joint Commissioner (crime) Praveer Rajan said.
Two pistols with seven live cartridges along with Rs 2.4 lakh worth of cash was recovered, he said.
"Satbir confessed of his involvement in several other cases and gang wars with his rival gangs -- Manjeet Mahal, Ravinder Bholu, Nafe Mantri in Najafgarh," Rajan said.
"However, the police is zeroing in on the activities of budding criminals who are out of jail and are running the gang activities based on instructions from their gang leaders," he added.
