Michelle Dockery opens up about fiance' death

Actress Michelle Dockery has praised her family and friends for helping her cope following her fiance's tragic death last year.
John Dineen passed away in December 2015, at the age of 34, after a cancer battle and although Dockery, 34, is always tight-lipped about her private life, she admitted that her loved ones have helped her to cope, reported Female First.
"No one I would name because I am very private about my private life. But friends and family see you through the most difficult times," she said.
The "Downton Abbey" star also revealed that acting has served as a "release", explaining about her new role in US series "Good Behaviour".

"It was very fortunate for me that this came along at the right time. It wasn't a conscious decision to do something so totally different from Lady Mary but I was completely hooked on the script from the first page and I loved the complexity of the character.
