Former boxer Mike Tyson is selling his Las Vegas mansion and moving to an even bigger pad in the same area.
Tyson, 49, has put his 1,500 square foot home on the market for USD 1.5 million because he is moving to a bigger residence nearby, according to TMZ.
Tyson's realtor Ken Lowman, owner of Luxury Homes of Las Vegas, said, "The lucky buyer will not only be able to live in Mike Tyson's old home, they will also be his new neighbour!"
Tyson originally bought the house, which also has "three fireplaces, a wine cellar, media room, hot tub, infinity pool and a waterfall" in 2008 for USD 1.75 million.
The 10,000 square foot mansion sits on a .76 acre site in the exclusive guard gated community of Seven Hill and features "an exquisite grand entry, marble flooring, two casitas, a media room and a four car garage".
