The 21-year-old singer, whose fan base mainly comprises of children and young teenagers, kicked off her tour on Valentine's Day in Vancouver, with a racy performance where she twerked throughout the show, rode on a giant hot dog and showed a lot of skin in a number of high-slit leotards, reported Daily Mirror.
According to the music blog MusicFix Cyrus's management has been subject to a volley of complaints since she kicked off her tour.
"Her team, including management, record label execs and the entire tour staff including the director, costume department and choreographers - have been called for an emergency meeting as arenas across the US threaten to pull out of the show," the source added.
The 'Wrecking Ball' hitmaker raised eyebrows last year with her racy performance in an award shows. She also appeared nude in one of her music videos.
