Militant hideout busted,cache of arms and ammunition recovered

Security forces today busted a militant hideout in Bandipora district of north Kashmir, recovering a cache of arms and ammunition, police said.
During search operations in the forests of Chandaji in Bandipora, security forces busted a militant hideout, a police spokesman said.
One AK assault rifle and its three magazines, 47 rounds of cartridges, one pistol and its three magazines and three hand grenades were recovered from the hideout, he said.
A case has been registered in this regard, he added.
