Minor dies of poisonous creature bite

A 14-year-old boy died today, after an unidentified poisonous creature had bitten him in a village here, police said.
"Bhaskar Jagdishbhai Bheshdadiya died after an unidentified poisonous creature had bitten him at Moti Banegar village of Jamnagar tehsil here," Jamnagar taluka police station sub-inspector J M Chavda said.
The incident occurred when the victim, a class IX student was going to his home from school, they said.
He became unconscious after reaching home and was taken to a government-run Guru Govindsingh hospital here he died, the officer said, adding the post mortem revealed that he died due to poison.
