Minor girl goes missing

A 15-year-old girl went missing from here, following which a kidnapping case against her neighbour has been registered by the police.
A complaint was filed by one Liyakat Ali citing that his daughter has been kidnapped by one Raju, police said.
The girl went to a tailoring centre around 10 AM on May 17 but did not return home, they said.
Later, some locals informed them that she eloped with Raju who promised to marry her, they said.
A case of kidnapping was registered with Ballabgarh city police station under section 363 (punishment for kidnapping) and 366 (inducing woman to compel her marriage) of the IPC, they said.

The police have started searching for the girl, investigating officer ASI Satbir said.

In a separate incident, a 15-year-old boy had gone missing yesterday, police said.
Ajay, a Vedram colony-resident, complained that his son Pankaj, has left home on May 19 and did not return, police said.
The family suspects that he has been kidnapped by some unknown person, they said.
A case has been registered with Sarai Khwaja Faridabad Police Station under section 365 (abducting with intent secretly and wrongfully to confine person) of the IPC.
The police have started investigation in the case, Investigating Officer ASI Rakesh Kumar said.
