He said that special arrangements have also been made for power services in the stadium.
Responding to a query, the minister said that the SAD-BJP Government was fully dedicated to encourage the youth towards sports by providing them best sports infrastructure, facilities and jobs in various departments.
He said that under the dynamic leadership of Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal, the Punjab government has chalked out a special plan to motivate children towards sports from their school days.
He said that it was the result of SAD-BJP Government's efforts that kabaddi has been recognised at international level.
Dhillon said that on the pattern of Mohali, the Punjab Government would also construct world class hockey stadiums at Ludhiana, Amritsar, Jalandhar, Faridkot and Bathinda.
