Released on August 12, the Ashutosh Gowariker directed movie, based on Indus Valley civilisation, garnered around Rs 60 crore at the box office.
The Secretary, Joint Secretaries and the officials of the I&B Ministry requested for the screening of the film.
"I am delighted that the Secretary, Joint Secretaries and the officials of Ministry of I&B, wish to see my film 'Mohenjo Daro'," Gowariker said in a statement issued here.
"It's a honour that such great dignitaries are interested in your work. We have arranged a screening for them and hoping they all enjoy the film," he added.
