The monkey entered the international airport at the first gate in the departure area and it created a scare among passengers and airport employees, airport sources said.
Forest Department officials were quickly alerted who have deployed trained staffers to catch the monkey, they said.
The monkey, however, did not injure anyone and routine operations were not hit, sources added.
