The first incident was reported from Ghazipur flyover around 9:30 pm yesterday when 23-year-old Sushil Kumar Gupta was riding a bike with his friend Rahul a pillion rider.
Gupta apparently failed to spot a stationary canter parked on one side of the flyover and rammed into it from behind, a senior police official said.
Eye-witnesses alleged Gupta was on the phone while ascending the flyover.
In the second incident, four members of a family were injured while returning home around midnight.
The family was on its way from Bhopura area when the collision occurred.
