South Zone would take on Central Zone in the first game on November 29 with the winners moving up for a semi-final meeting with West Zone on December 1.
On the same day (Dec 1), East Zone would clash with North Zone in the other semi-final.
The final is scheduled on December 3.
Prior to the Deodhar Trophy, the All India One-Day Tournament for the Vijay Hazare Trophy would be held in three centres - Rajkot, Vadodara and Ahmedabad.
The other two quarter-finals would be played at Vadodara on November 21 followed by semi-finals on November 23 at Ahmedabad.
The final, on November 25 in Ahmedabad, would be a day-night fixture.
The two limited overs tournaments are being held this season prior to the longer format tournaments like Ranji and Duleep Trophy to enable the selectors to have a wider choice of players before finalising the 30-strong probables' list for next year's ICC World Cup scheduled in Australia and New Zealand.
All the participating teams in the World Cup have to name their list of probables two months in advance before pruning it to the final squad one month before cricket's showpiece event's commencement on February 14, 2015.
