Nadda is also the President of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS).
A Haryana official spokesman said the country's largest cancer institute would be developed on 32 acres of land at a cost of Rs 2,035 crore.
The project would be completed in 27 months and would have the facility of 710 beds. Of these, 200 beds would be utilized for carrying out the activities of translational research.
The National Cancer Institute would also provide employment opportunities to more than 2700 people. The institute would prove to be another milestone in terms of healthcare services in Haryana.
Union Minister of State for AYUSH (Independent Charge) and Health Shripad Naik, Haryana Health Minister Anil Vij and Agriculture Minister O P Dhankar will also be present during the ceremony, a state government release said.
