Nagori, Aamil Pervez, Shibli, Qamaruddin, Shahduli, Qamran, Ansar, Ahmed Baig and Yaseen were brought here from Ahmedabad prison and produced before Additional Sessions Judge B K Paloda amid tight security.
Another accused, Manuroz, who is on bail, also appeared in the court.
They were arrested from Indore in 2008 for sedition and waging a war against the country, among other offences. Police alleged that they were planning terror attacks.
Prosecutor Vimal Mishra said Deputy Superintendent of Police Ajay Kaithwas today deposed as a prosecution witness in the court about seizure of firearms, cartridges, propaganda literature, explosive material and other items during the raid on the farmhouse on the intervening night of March 26-27, 2008.
