Naqvi, who was addressing the third 'Progress Panchayat' in Bichhaur village, said he has spoken to the concerned officers of the state government and the ministers regarding setting up of 'Sadbhavna Mandaps'.
He said that a driving school of international level would be set up in Mewat with the assistance of Minority Affairs ministry.
"During the last two-and-a-half years of Prime Minister Narendra Modi government, the country has witnessed an atmosphere of development in which the employment avenues have been increased by manifold," he said.
He said, it was for the first time the government has come to the people of Mewat with a programme of development through 'Progress Panchayats'.
The Union Minister said Modi is of the view that we should go to the people with the development policies and programmes of the government.
Naqvi said that education is must to eliminate poverty from the country.
"We intend to improve the standard of education in Mewat so that people could feel the sense of equality," Naqvi said, adding that various programmes of skill development will be started in Mewat to employ the youth.
He assured that he would make efforts along with Union Minister Rao Inderjit Singh to get rail service started in Mewat.
In reply to another question, he said that we should be united for the security and honour of the country.
When asked whether this programme has been organized keeping in view the upcoming assembly elections in some States, Naqvi replied that neither he asked the people to join his party nor did he talk about elections.
