Addressing a campaign function here on various insurance and financial security initiatives of the NDA government, Irani said Kala Utsav, on the lines of Kerala state school youth festival, would be held at Siri Fort Auditorium in the national capital.
It was a long pending demand of CBSE students to have a Kala Utsav at the national level.
"Taking inspiration from Kerala, we are taking the youth festival as a national programme," she said.
