"People's Democratic Party ((PDP) and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) have been exposed for hatching a conspiracy in 2008 to trifurcate Jammu and Kashmir", NC provincial president Devender Singh Rana said while addressing a party workers' meeting at Buflaiz in Poonch district.
"It was a double-edged sword," he alleged, while saying that the parties had not only planned to destroy the state's secular fabric, but also pull down the Congress-led coalition government and plunge the state into political instability.
