cadets in Dima Hasao hill district of Assam, an enrolment initiative was undertaken here by the Assam Rifles with active participation of the North Cachar Hill Autonomous Council and school authorities.
Altogether 130 girl cadets from five schools were enrolled into NCC by the National Cadet Corps Group Headquarters Silchar with active participation of NCHAC Chief Executive Member Debojeet Thaosen, Executive Member Education Kulendra Daulagupu and school authorities yesterday.
The enrolment process was initiated in the sidelines of the first International Yoga Day event organised at the Assam Rifles headquarters here in Haflong.
